The writer, Leah Nelson, PhD, can be an assistant professor at California State University, Sacramento. Her book, The Papers’ Guide to E-Cigs, was released in 2021 and is a comprehensive look at the emerging market for electronic cigarettes (e-cigs) and vaporizers.
